The elegant residence features a mix of seniors’ apartments, independent living suites, assisted living, and secure memory care options. A place to call home, our large and spacious suites are equipped with a kitchenette with the independent seniors’ apartments featuring a full-sized gourmet kitchen with all appliances.

The designers of Cataraqui Heights have crafted an Independent Living space that will exceed expectations on a daily basis.
Join us for an adventure-filled outing on our bus, take in a movie at our spacious theater, or enjoy a relaxing stroll with friends. Your participation is a matter of personal preference. There is a wide range of social, athletic, cultural and hobby activities, clubs, dances, and live entertainment. Our full time Director of Health and Wellness organizes craft classes, exercise classes, bingo, day trips, and outings regularly. The activity calendar is published monthly so you do not miss out on anything.
Other amenities include a swimming pool, and fitness centre. The fireside lounge bistro hosts the many live entertainment events.
High quality service and warm ambience make dining a pleasure in our full-service dining room. Our culinary team – led by a Certified Red Seal Chef –prepares delicious, nutritious meals and snacks daily to suit the individual tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
Our Bistro is also a fun place to be with special events and options for those looking to spend time in a more intimate atmosphere. Those who still enjoy a bit of cooking or baking from time to time can come on down to our modern activity kitchen to show off their culinary skills or watch a Chef’s Table presentation!
